How we built this report

So you can see what informed the report, what wasn’t captured and where we chose not to guess.

We looked at 74 enrolments on your site. 40 were in scope for review. We found 22 students who may benefit from attention this week, and this report shows 20 of them in detail.

What was outside this review

We applied these checks in order. Each line shows what was left out from what remained.

9 enrolments were for things that were not courses, such as communities, bundles or downloads.
Then 6 more enrolments were in courses you identified as using drip content, free previews or prerequisites, where the exports cannot show progress reliably.
Then 6 more enrolments were for students whose access to the course had ended, so a next step in that course is not available to them.
Then 7 more enrolments were in courses with no usable lesson data in the exports. Without lesson records there is nothing to measure progress against, so anything we said would be about the course rather than the student.
Finally, 6 more enrolments were left out because the exports showed no recorded course activity within the 60-day review window. Students outside this window are still worth your time. This review focuses on more recent activity, where a check-in is most likely to help.

What these exports could not show

These exports cover sign-ins and course activity only. They do not show Community activity, live sessions, downloads or other activity outside courses, so a student may still be engaging with you elsewhere.

Course names to check

We asked you to identify courses using drip content, free previews or prerequisites because the exports cannot reliably show whether a student has completed everything currently available in them.
We matched and excluded from this review: Drip Masterclass.

Where we chose not to guess
